Heating tubes are usually elongated heating elements made of metal tubes (such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc.), filled with resistance wire or resistance tape inside, and filled with insulating material to fix the resistance element. One or both ends of the heating tube are sealed, while the other end is connected to the power supply. They can be designed in different lengths and diameters according to different power requirements.
